Mrs. Rivas is a bilingual and bicultural, licensed clinical social worker who has more than 13 years experience in the nonprofit sector. She has worked with a variety of groups, including LGBTQ+, individuals with substance use issues, victims of sexual abuse and violence in intimate relationships, and so on. She's worked with Erie clients in the year 2019 Presently offering Telehealth Behavioral health services. Ms. Rivas works with women pregnant and post-partum, as part of the Perinatal Behavioral team. She specializes in trauma informed treatment and offers EMDR to adults. She also offers both individual and group therapy, treatment with medication and referrals for specialist care and Women's Support groups. Amanda works as a Best Friends Animal Society volunteer and assists in the search for an appropriate home for homeless animals.
